Three steps, a published timeline, and a written deliverable. No vague promises — here is exactly what happens and when.
Send the full file
You send: imaging (CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound), pathology and lab reports, discharge summaries, and the referring doctor's note — everything you have. If something is missing, we tell you within hours, not days.
A consultant reads the whole file
Every report and scan is reviewed against current international protocols. The consultant notes discrepancies, outdated assumptions, and options the current plan does not mention. Where your jurisdiction requires it, the opinion is issued through a licensed in-country intermediary.
Written opinion + treatment plan
You receive a structured report in plain language, with cited reasoning. Then a 30-minute follow-up session walks you through it — and answers the questions your family will ask.
What to send

How your records are handled
One consultant, one file
Only the reviewing consultant sees your file. It is never shared, sold, or used for anything but your opinion.
Five years, then deleted
Records are retained for five years per the consent policy you sign, then destroyed. You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time.
Secure portal only
Uploads and report delivery happen through a secure channel. Reports are never attached to WhatsApp or ordinary email.
Full control
You decide what is sent, who it is shared with, and when it is deleted. Consent is documented before any review begins.
