What we will not do
Opinions, not treatment
We never provide ongoing clinical care in your country of residence. Treatment always happens with a physician licensed where you are.
Honest uncertainty
Where evidence is incomplete, the report says so — and names the tests that would settle the question.
The whole file, always
An opinion based on selected records is not an opinion. We read everything or we say we didn't.
Records stay in the portal
Never over WhatsApp, never in ordinary email. Retention, deletion, and consent are documented in writing.
