Compliance & consent
The rules are complicated. That's exactly why we state them plainly — before you pay, before you send a single record.
This service provides expert medical opinions and treatment planning. It is not the practice of medicine in your country of residence, and it is not a substitute for a local clinical consultation. Clinical care and treatment are delivered exclusively by a physician licensed in the country where treatment occurs.
Where your jurisdiction requires it, opinions are issued through a licensed in-country intermediary. You should confirm with your local regulator before relying on any opinion for a treatment decision.
- UK United KingdomRemote consultation and clinical care by a practitioner not registered with the GMC is restricted. Patients should review GMC guidance on remote prescribing and Annex 4, and confirm their treating doctor agrees before acting on this opinion.
- UAE United Arab EmiratesTelehealth practice is regulated by emirate health authorities (e.g., DHA ST-14 in Dubai) and Federal Law No. 2 of 2019. Services for UAE residents must comply with local licensing and data-localization rules; a licensed in-country practitioner is used where required.
- KSA Saudi ArabiaThe Ministry of Health regulates telehealth and remote consultation. Cross-border opinions must respect MOH licensing rules; treatment decisions remain with a physician licensed in the Kingdom.
- USA United StatesPracticing medicine without a state license is unlawful in every state. This service does not treat US patients; it provides a written expert opinion that a US-licensed physician may use at their discretion. Patient-location jurisdiction applies.
- PK PakistanThe consultant is registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council. Care delivered in Pakistan occurs at licensed hospitals under standard local practice.

- 05WithdrawalYou may withdraw consent at any time before the report is delivered and receive a refund per the pricing page.
WhatsApp and email policy
WhatsApp (Business API) is used for scheduling, reminders, and non-medical updates only. It is not a secure channel for health information.
Medical records and reports are never sent over WhatsApp or ordinary email. They travel through the secure intake and delivery portal only.
If anyone claiming to represent the clinic asks you to send records over WhatsApp, that is not us — stop and contact us through the form on the contact page.
Payment and refund terms
- 01InvoicingAll fees are quoted in USD and invoiced before delivery of the full report.
- 02Payment methodsCard via Payoneer / Elevate Pay. Pakistani patients may settle the USD-equivalent in PKR by bank transfer.

This page is a summary, not legal advice. For a specific legal question about your country, consult a licensed attorney or your health authority.
Read that, and still want the opinion?
Good — informed consent is the point.
